7 Moments of Harry Potter

Hello everybody! I just finished up the HPathon. Yep, read all seven Harry Potter books in the month of July! I plan to do this every July as long as I can. So, I figured I'd do top moments of Harry Potter post.

These are not the top moments of Harry Potter for everyone. These are just the ones that I would like to experience if I was in the World of Harry Potter.

Year 1 - Visiting Diagon Alley
I know a lot of people think you can experience this in London, or Florida or California. But I mean I want to really experience Diagon Alley. The real smells. The sounds of crazy creatures. The sound of gasps of new racing brooms. Either way this would be the most amazing thing.

Years 2 - Knockturn Alley
This one I was a little hesitant to say this one. It's not known for it's good characters, but I would find the most interesting. We only really find out about one shop, but it is a whole alley. What other kinds of shops exist down the dark alley?

Years 3 - Flying on a Hippogriff
I love m…

7 Apps for Wellness

Hello again everybody! I hope you are enjoying the last full week of July! Today I want to talk to you about wellness. Not necessarily weight loss or fitness, but wellness in general. So many people think that wellness means not sick or losing weight. Wellness is how your body is and feels.

These are just a few of the wellness apps that I use.

I am not a doctor in any sense, but these are the apps that I feel like are making me live a better life.

Headspace - Starting on the meditation journey was not an easy one for me. I started with a few other free or cheap apps. I felt it easier to fall asleep. But then I saw Headspace being advertised on a blog. And when I read that Emma Watson even loves that had me hook. But, not just a celebrity endorsement can push the product like the way it works can. I love the animation, how easy it is to use. The options that it offers. Yes, it does cost, but you can easily see why when you start using it. It has a seamless design to it.

7 Favorites of Last Week

Hello! Back from Florida and I'm soaking up the last bit of summer, preparing for fall. Actually, let's be real, I'm counting down the days until college football starts, which, is when fall starts. Last week was rushing around trying to finish things at work because of year-end coming up. And also rushing around because we went to Disney World for two and a half days!

This was a very hot, but extremely fun week.

I have some favorites from last week that I cannot wait until monthly favorites to share with you! So, I am going ahead!

O2COOL Deluxe Necklace Fan

I personally do not think we could have survived Disney World in July without these! We each had one except for the babies that had different fans. But these were so easy to use for everyone. And it's great for kids because it is nearly impossible for little fingers to get to any sort of fan blade. It was great for standing in lines. We would tuck them into our shirts for fast rides.

7 Disney World Pictures

Hello! I'm at the Happiest Place on Earth! I'm at Disney World again! I'm so excited to bring you some pictures from Disney World!

I hope you enjoy these glimpses into the world!

Welcome Foolish Mortals...

We really enjoyed our trip! It was fantastic! We did so many new to us things and new things! Toy Story Land was epic!

7 Faith Habits

Hello everyone! You've hopefully read about my health habits that I've added this year. If not I'll link it here. But, something has been tugging at me a long time, and that's my faith habits. I've been a Christian for all of my life. I cannot remember not being in church, knowing hymns, and being able to know some Bible verses. But I wanted more, and I still do.

“I am the vine, and you are the branches. If any remain in me and I remain in them, they produce much fruit. But without me, they can do nothing." - John 15:5

My faith is growing every day this year! Trust me, between becoming brave and having faith has big as mustard seed I have felt God.

Write the Word

Let's start with Cultivate What Matter's epic product. They have several Write the Word journals on different topics of faith. I started my journey with the gratitude one, because so many people say that the more you are grateful the less negative that you are. Now, this is very simple; you are g…

7 Places to Go with My Best Friend

One of my favorite things to do is travel, and one of my favorite people is A Pop of Jess. So, I'm combining the two soon. We are going to travel everywhere together.

My list of our adventures is a little different from hers.

If you want to read her list before mine; TOP 5 MAY - PLACES TO VISIT WITH MY BESTIE. So a few are overlapping, but that's okay. We think alike.

New Mexico
She's might get this right off the bat, but I'm gonna wager she is thinking what the heck. If she isn't I'm very impressed. We are going for some tea and opera! We have both read the Wisteria Tearoom series which takes place in New Mexico, and the tearoom in the book is actually based on a real tearoom in New Mexico! St. James Tearoom teatime experience looks amazing. I'm wanting to go so badly right now during their Peter Pan theme! And let's not forget the Santa Fe Opera house! We can even venture out to the Santa Fe Plaza and the Santa Fe Botanical Gardens!

7 Planner Instagrams I Love

Welcome back for another round of 7 things! Up today is accounts of Instagram that I love. And not just any ole Instagram accounts! These people are epic planners!

Some I have been following for many years, while others I just started this year!

For the record, not all of these are Erin Condren planners. I now use a Simplified Planner in addition to my Erin Condren. And I have tried to find people that either does the same or they just have a Simplified Planner.

The queen of EC! That's seriously what I call Jen Plans. I realize Erin Condren gets credit for designing the stuff, but Jen, here, she uses it and promotes it! She has so many creative ways to use the products. Perfect at organizing her life (or it looks that way) and she is honest with it! How many planner people admit to a blank week in their planner!? She is really awesome!

Jen Mackintosh
This Jen I discovered while looking for inspiration for the Simplified Planner. But she is so much more!!! Yes, she is from Alab…

7 Books on My To Be Read List

Well, July is here and that means it is time for the Harry Potter-athon, or as I call it, the HPathon. I'm excited to be reading those beloved books again. I have a to-be-read list longer than my arm. But keeping with the theme for this month I picked my top 7.

I have always imagine that paradise will be a kind of library.

Crazy pile books basically to match my crazy colorful life. This is a very weird pile of books; I get that. However, this is honestly sometimes what my life feels like: getting it together, being naughty, having some fun, deciding to grow old or grow up and being a mom through the chaos.

The Crossroads of Should and Must: Find and Follow Your Passion by Elle Luna

This has been sitting on my Kindle just hoping I will read it. After reading my devotional Brave, I think it's time I dug into this very soon.

Craft a Life You Love: Infusing Creativity, Fun & Intention into Your Everyday by Amy Tangerine

Ever since this book came out I have been excited to read it! T…

7 Favorites of June 2018

GOODBYE JUNE! Please be gone! Ugh, I have always hated the month of June and as I get older it really doesn't get better. I have terrible memories associated with the month of June, and I just keep adding to them. But, there were way more good things from this month though!

I don't know where I am going, but I'm on my way.

So, before I tell you about my June I want to discuss what is going to be going on this month! If you follow A Pop of Jess, you know that in the month of May she did a whole month of blogs of things of 5. I am taking her idea and making all of my blogs having seven items in them. The seventh month of the year seven things in each blog. And this blog is no different.

So about my month. I started out June on the rocks. I just had my leg lanced AGAIN, but this time by a doctor who has the bedside manner of a rock. Which I knew that going into that, but I was told he would tell me what it was. He did. So, I had to deal with his attitude and be left in the dark …
