End of Summer Tag - 2018

Hey y'all! Fall is almost here! Less than 15 days away and I'm countin' the days! Trust me I can smell the Pumpkin Spice Latte. It's coming!

Looking back now it makes me laugh - Kenny Chesney "Young"
So let's get this started...

1. Favorite vacation this year?

Oooh... Disney World!

2. Favorite summer outfit?

Lularoe leggings, comfort color t-shirt, and Keds triple

3. Did you have a summer bucket list? (if so, did you complete it)

Yep, I totally had one and no I totally didn't finish it. Maybe, next year.

4. Do you tan or burn?

I burn then tan!

5. Pool, lake or ocean?

Pool! I only like to eat critters, not swim with them. Though I do enjoy a good boating trip or watching the waves.

6. What was the coolest thing you did this summer?

Let's see, I went to Disney World in the summer with family, which I said I would never do. I completed the O.W. L.s bookathon, I did receive weekly shots for a while, I finished the HPathon, started the subscription to HelloFresh, I …

Erin Condren Life Planner Tag 2018

Hello everyone! I did this tag back in 2015, and wow have things changed. I almost didn't use an EC this year. So this is even more interesting for me. Let's see what all has changed.

How do you plan? How do I plan? Stick around.

Let's get this party started!

1. Do you use any other planners beside EC LP?

Yes, I do in fact use an Emily Ley Simplified Planner.

2. Do you prefer simple pages or decorated pages?

A good between now. I used to pay $30 for a kit a week. And folks, that adds up.

3. What made you decide to purchase EC over other planners?

Well, I tried going without an Erin Condren and just using a Simplified Planner. I realized that I need a weekly to see what is coming up.

4. Do you own any other EC products other than your planner?

Oh yeah! Stickers, washi, stamps, vinyl, and dashboards

5. When do you do your planning, Morning, day or night? Do you plan daily?

Afternoon and night. I do a top three for the next day daily.

6. What supplies do you use more frequently?

Stickers, …

Summer 2018 Book Haul

Used bookstores, Barnes & Noble, Amazon, and Kindle all invite me in with the choices of books. I have specific bags now for books. I have two Kindles that have covers on them to protect them. Why? Because I cherish reading. It's a shame we are going to a society that doesn't push for reading.

Somehow the idea of having a To Be Read list that never ends makes me happy. While I do return to a few stories each year, I love discovering new ones.

I wish I could link all of this books for you, but I cannot. Search for the title and they will come up!

Gal Pal Movies

HELLO EVERYBODY! I'm excited to be bringing you some of my favorite movies today! But not just not any favorite movies, but the movies that I will always to share with my friends!

Everything from "the bend and snap" to "

So arming yourself with plenty of snacks, drinks, and nail polish get ready for some great movies and lots of fun!

1. Legally Blonde 1 & 2 - Okay so these might have been my favorite movie once upon a time. And they still rank up there for me! There is nothing like seeing sorority life brought to the big screen, even it's a slight exaggeration. I just like how this series turned out! All about the girl that was a sorority girl turned lawyer.

2. Fever Pitch - I could have been boring and added Pitch Perfect, eh. I love Fever Pitch though! BASEBALL BABE here. I love this movie so much. I watched over and over when it came out. And I finally had a guy ask me to Opening Day! I like that this is sporty and girly at the same time. A crazy Boston Red S…

July 2018 Favorites

Hey y'all! I cannot believe it's almost autumn!!! I keep waiting for the hint of fall to slip between the windows. That crisp air the slips into your lungs. Oh yeah, I'm still in August. Back to July though for just a second.

August the sunday of summer.

How has the month gone? Well, it started with me right back at the doctor's office because I was afraid about my leg still. And the doctor enlightened me on something, my B12 level was so low that they were extremely concerned. A normal range it appears is from 1,000 to 200. This girl here? 120, and it comes with a lot of negative things that I just thought was part of life. I've been getting weekly shots all month, and then it goes to monthly now.
We went to Disney World. We actually began celebrating the fact that I am better with shots now. We seriously had pins that said we were celebrating. My cousin had a little boy on my best friend's birthday! Then, Vin proposed again at Disney. I promise, y'all that p…

Tea Time with Hunter: Changes & Planning

It's been a while since I did a Tea Time with Hunter. Life has been thrown upside down. Do not get me wrong my life is still amazing. I am so blessed beyond measure. Please grab some tea with me.

Realizing that you are meant for someone may take longer than you. You may have to spend some time apart. Sometimes you just look at someone and realize that is your first love... and your last. So yall pick your favorite tea and pull up a nice comfortable seat.

Trust me yall, I had to sit down when I realized that Vin and I might be able to work things out. It was gradual, but there was a shift when I realized that was the path we were taking. It was exhilarating.

Yep, you read that right. I'm back with Vinny.

But let's back up to me and Chris. What happened? Well, let's make this short. He is still getting over his ex-wife. We both agreed our relationship wasn't a mistake exactly. We don't really regret it, but at times it feels very foolish that we even tried. Our frien…

O.W.L.s 2018 Readathon TBR List

Hello everyone! While I'm not doing Popsugar Reading Challenge 2018. I am in fact now thinking of finishing up the year of reading by doing some readathons!

What does O.W.L.s mean? How you do this challenge? Where did this challenge come from?

First off, this challenge was started by the Youtuber, Book Roast. She created the O.W.L.s and N.E.W.T.s by reading certain books! Her video started all of this; also in this video is the information and your letter from Hogwarts. This video will also explain the challenge.

Lastly, what does O.W.L.s mean? Ordinary Wizarding Level. And for those of you who do not know what that means, it's a test taken in your fifth year at Hogwarts. It helps you figure out what to study in your last two years at Hogwarts.

So I found books for all the subjects. But I narrowed it down to six subjects because the books you finish are you what you will read for your N.E.W.T.s but that's for a different post.
